The "First Steps" reading series

Every play needs a friendly space to take its first steps Where Eagles Dare has for 6 years been an inexpensive and comfortable place to have readings and rehearsals. This winter, to address the downturn in the economy, we are offering 4-hour slots in Studio Blackbird for the First Steps series of staged readings. The offer includes the following:

• 21' X 29' studio theatre
• 50 seats, most on risers
• Use of theatre lights
• Sound system
• A/C if needed
• Coffeepot of hot cider
• $100 flat fee (one-third off)
• Optional publication by Playwrights' Press
